I-Hotel Senior Housing Complex

This mixed-use complex includes 115 units of HUD-funded senior housing and St. Mary’s Catholic Schools and Center, a K–8 Catholic school and community center situated over 3.5 levels of subterranean parking. The complex is located at the intersection of Kearny and Jackson Streets, the dense urban nexus of San Francisco’s Chinatown, North Beach and Financial District neighborhoods. The housing includes both studio and one-bedroom configurations, communal food service, laundry service facilities and rooftop gardens.
