Located in Mountain View, 400 Logue Ave is a high-density multi-family housing project with 408 rental units. The project contributes to a connected network of pedestrian-oriented blocks and streets with active public frontages and pedestrian-scaled architectural elements and features. 400 Logue Ave provides generous amenities to residents including a pool/spa, fitness, clubroom, conference rooms, and collaborative working lounges in addition to open spaces on the roof top.
The design of the project adheres to the development guidelines of the City of Mountain View’s East Whisman Precise Plan, as reflected in its architectural language and massing. The ground level provides a pedestrian-friendly environment, with prominent lobbies, co-working areas, leasing spaces, and other community amenities. Elevating the building above ground level allowed for private patios and stoops, while creating ample opportunities for ground plane landscaping including a central courtyard.
