Michelle Munive

IIDA / Designer

Michelle is an intuitive and experiential designer focused on creating special moments and warm human interactions with the built environment. She approaches architecture holistically, relying on all the senses to establish a sense of place and locale. She loves the poetry of buildings and has a penchant for using natural materials that delight and surprise the occupant while connecting the outside to indoors.

Michelle joins WRNS Studio with extensive workplace and academic experience. She understands the demands of today’s workforce, implementing agile office elements in order to transform spaces that create a positive impact. A keen eye for detail and a knack for space-planning, she’s an integral part of design teams, bringing innovative solutions to projects. At WRNS, she works on the Google Mountain View tenant improvement project. Currently, she is designing their neighborhood cafe while figuring out where to put certain amenity and social areas for an optimal experience.

Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design with a focus on Sustainable design. She enjoys modern dance and is drawn to community-based design. She devotes her passion to a variety of nonprofit projects, volunteering her time to building a better world.
