Mee is a multifaceted architect committed to solving complex problems that help improve how people interact with the built environment and their surroundings. She works closely with clients to translate their vision into healthy, inspiring spaces. Her work reflects a deep passion for sustainable, human-centered design, and spans higher education, commercial, medical, and public libraries.
She joined WRNS Studio in early 2018, bringing over two decades of high-performance building design experience. Prior to WRNS, she led innovative tenant improvement projects at Perkins + Will, and during her tenure at NBBJ, worked on numerous projects, including interior workplace programs. Throughout, she’s managed some of the most ambitious, LEED-certified in the nation including, the L.S. Skaggs Pharmacy Building at the University of Utah, which earned a 2013 AIA COTE Top Ten Award and an AIA Utah Honor Award, University of San Francisco’s Center for Science and Innovation, and Samsung AHQ DS projects.
Mee is a registered architect in Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences and Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and honed her craft in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, working for various architectural firms, before heading to California. During her free time, she runs marathons, swims, and plays lots of handball.
