David Gutzler

An open-minded and optimistic leader, David leads some of WRNS Studio’s most complex mixed-use developments. Drawn to architecture for its versatility and diversity, he bridges the gap between design and detailing by producing thoughtful, integrated building solutions. David’s process is informed by a strong interest in how materiality shapes the character, spatial relationships, and sensory experience of a place. Fascinated by the transformative process of shaping raw materials into a functional art, he dedicates time outside the office to making custom ceramics. David earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, where he received the Arthur Edwards Award for Outstanding Scholarship.
