Bella is an inspirational designer with a knack for finding the right material selection and furniture assortment to complement the space. She enjoys creating experiences that enhance a person’s connection to a building while benefitting their wellbeing.
She joined WRNS Studio in late 2018 with a deep understanding of interior design and a portfolio spanning from restaurant, retail and hospitality, to single family residences and condominiums. She’s extremely organized and personable, and has an innate ability to connect with people instantly. At the firm, she helps with larger scale commercial projects as well as smaller scale programs, bringing a sense of style and approachability to each.
Prior to WRNS, Bella spent nearly three years at a local, award-winning architectural interior and graphic design studio, and held internships at various design offices including at Leo A. Daly. Bella graduated with honors from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Environmental + Interior Design. She was co-president of Interior Design Professional Resource Organization, where she fostered student connections and involvement with ASID and IIDA local chapters. Additionally, she was part of a student task force that organized the first off-island university group excursion to Dwell on Design in Los Angeles, which paved the path for future industry trade show outings such as NeoCon in Chicago. During her free time, Bella enjoys immersing in a good book, getting out and exploring the world with a camera, attending symphony concerts, supporting the performing arts, and occasionally playing the violin herself.
