Annie studied architecture at the University of California Berkeley before receiving her Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. Her graduate work introduced her to many of the diverse communities in the city which became the focus of projects exploring the socio-cultural impacts of architecture and urban planning. She joined WRNS Studio in the summer of 2019, excited to return to her native Bay Area to further develop her design practice in the context of local histories and social justice. Prior to graduate school, Annie practiced in the Bay Area at several architecture firms where she worked on a range of civic, commercial, and educational projects. Outside of the office, she enjoys stepping away from the computer. Her current projects include pickling and teaching herself how to skateboard.
